Surrounded by quiet nature and yet centrally located, our farm offers an ideal home for a relaxed holiday in the Bavarian „Spa Triangle,“ as well as a productive business stay.

The holiday apartments (32-36qm) with balcony or terrace feature a kitchen with coffee maker, water kettle, flat-screen TV and a bright and airy bathroom with a shower.

A delicious breakfast is included with the double rooms and upon request can also be provided for the holiday apartments, for €6 per person. A cosy lounge is available for your use. Kick back in our garden, on the swing or in the orchard.

We have a big parking area, including for large vehicles and you can keep your bicycles and motor biked in a locked storage area. Wifi is free of charge, and use of a washing machine is available. A supermarket is right nearby.

Our location is ideal in every respect:

WELLNESS. By foot you can reach a small swimming lake and an indoor pool with thermal water and sauna in only 5 minutes. By car it´s 8 minutes to three different health spas, namely the Rottal-Terme in Bad Birnbach, 11 minutes to the Bad Griesbach-Therme und 19 minute to the Europa Therme Bad Füssing.
We would gladly help you arrange a 3-week visit that is supported by the German health insurance companies, for which they cover the cost of all medical treatments as well as 85% of massages and other health treatments. The insurance companies‘ co-pay of €13 per pay can be used to pay part of your accommodation at our farm. You therefore can stay at a low cost to take care of your health, and escape the stressors and hassles of everyday life.

GOLF. We are right in the middle of an unparalleled paradise for golf enthusiasts: Bella Vista Golfpark (7 min), Golfclub Sagmühle (7 min), Porsche Golf Course (8 min), Golfplatz Lederbach (10 min), Golfodrom Bad Griesbach (12 min), Golfplatz Brunnwies (13 min) und St. Wolfgang Golfplatz Uttlau (13 min).

Visit us for one week and you can hit the balls at a different course every day! Because we partner up with the local club we can offer you a discount on the greenfees of all the golf resorts in the area.

BICYCLING. The area with the gentle hills around the river Rott caters to bike riders of all abilities and inclinations, whether you are going just for fun on a leisurely trip, or a more serious adventure that can properly challenge you. There are plenty of well-designed and safe bike paths to let you explore the picturesque “Bavarian Toskana” to your heart´s content.

FAMILY. We are only 2 minutes away from the „Klink Lindenhof“ in Bayerbach, which offers health-related treatments for children accompanied by a parent. We therefore are in the perfect location if you wish to accompany your loved ones to a stay at the Lindenhof.

BUSINESS. We would gladly host you for a work-related stay, including for an extended duration. From our place you can easily reach a number of employers in the area, including in Pfarrkirchen (15 min), Pocking (15 min), Ruhstorf (17 min), Passau (30 min), Arnstorf (30 min).
