The Aldersbach Brewery Museum, which was founded in 1979, is the oldest private brewery museum in Bavaria.
The museum's collection is located in the cross vaults of the historical brewery, which makes the brewing process particularly tangible. A visit to the museum immerses visitors in the world of historical beer production and will give you an insight into the equipment, tools and machines which are used to illustrate the craft and working steps of brewing beer. The brewery's collection of beer mugs and beer mats is also very much worth seeing. The Aldersbacher Braustüberl is located in the historical vaults of the monastery, in which the visit can be rounded off with a full-bodied measure of Braustüberl.
