Description

This round begins at the route board at the Artrium. Not far from the starting point at the Artrium, information boards and devices for warming up guide you. After the muscles are nicely relaxed, head towards Kurpark/Rottal Terme. At the Lion Fountain, turn right towards Badstraße. After a few meters, you pass the Thermenbach. Then turn left onto Badstraße and after about 1.5 km reach the Rott. Here the asphalt ends and a beautiful 2 km long path downstream is ideal for a first interval training. After 3.5 km, we cross the Rott and now walk upstream on the other bank to a huge 1000-year-old oak. There is a bench inviting you to rest. Shortly behind, the circle closes and we follow the signs back along the same path to the Artrium.
From the starting point, follow the signs through the Kurpark, past the Lion Fountain until you reach Badstraße. Follow Badstraße until you cross the Rott. After the Rott bridge, turn sharply left. Follow the path along the Rott until you reach another bridge. On the other riverbank, return along the route until you reach Badstraße again. Badstraße leads you back to the Kurpark. Passing the Lion Fountain on your left, you arrive back at the Artrium.
