A therapist with their skills treats you alone with this treatment selection. This ensures you receive individual therapy that is tailored to your specific personal symptoms. Various equipment such as dumbbells or pool noodles are used.

Classic back massage (approx. 20 min.)

The classic back massage (large massage) relieves tension, loosens muscle knots and promotes blood circulation in painful back and neck muscles.

Lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a very gentle application in which the lymphatic flow and the lymphatic system is decongested. It is a suitable treatment after surgery, for lymph flow disorders and also for headaches and migraines.

Secondary treatments

Ice treatment, electrotherapy, hot air, inhalation (each approx. 15 min.)

Cervical spine treatment (approx. 30 min.)

We achieve the best possible pain reduction by means of an ergonomically relaxed therapy position on our original Portal Pro Therapy Chair.

Foot reflexology massage (approx. 40 min.)

The foot reflexology massage is a pressure point therapy. Individual organs are directly addressed via reflexology points and they can be stimulated or calmed down. This therapy has a positive effect on various areas of the body and improves well-being.

Dorn Breuss treatment (approx. 60 min.)

This is a valuable healing method which is not only used for back pain and tension, but also scolioses, sciatica and many other ailments. This is followed by a spinal massage according to Breuss.

· Individual (approx. 20 min.)

A therapist will create an individual treatment plan based on your information and your individual tests. Depending on the clinical picture, the treatment is carried out, with the addition of several loop tables and small devices.

· On the device in the group (60 min.)

A trained therapist will draw up an individual training plan for you and support you in training. Well suited for the prevention of back pain, sickness-related muscle weakness and muscle imbalances.

Natural fango (approx. 40 min. incl. rest)

Our natural fango comes from the Kaiserstuhl (volcanic rock). It is combined with the Bad Birnbach healing water and is used on pleasantly tempered water beds. The pleasant warmth and natural peloids are particularly effective against arthrosis, back and joint complaints and rheumatic diseases.

Aqua Fit prevention also in compact form (8 sessions each approx. 45 min.)

8 sessions, in which your muscles and joints are brought up to speed. Use this gentle form of endurance training to prevent joint problems. Aqua Fit is also a good fat burner. Booking is highly recommended, as the number of participants is limited.

Chrysanti oil massage (approx. 30 min.)

Enjoy a soothing massage with Chrysanti oil, the lemon-sweet scent will inspire you.

Head Shiatsu (approx. 30 min.)

The head shiatsu is a Japanese pressure point massage in which nerve points are activated by pressure. This leads to deep relaxation of the whole body. Especially suitable for stress reduction and regeneration.

Rottal honey massage (approx. 40 min.)

Pure blossom honey is applied to the skin and worked into the skin with special movements. The soles of the feet are also treated. The result is a velvety soft, firm skin that is well supplied with blood, as well as revitalisation of the entire organism. It cleanses the skin intensively and purifies and detoxifies the body.

Herbal stamp massage (approx. 50 min.)

The stamps heated in almond oil embalm the whole body and thus regenerate skin renewal and blood circulation. After the stamp cools down, a soothing massage follows. Very good for stress, tension, nervousness and sleep disorders or simply for pampering and enjoyment.

Exquisite facial treatment (approx. 90 min.)

This is a face, neck and décolleté treatment with cleansing, peeling, steaming, removal of impurities, eyebrow correction, eyelash/brow tinting, ampoule/serum and relaxing massage. Finally, you will receive an individual active ingredient pack, adapted to your skin condition, and intensive day care.
