Heimatmuseum Simbach am Inn
The exhibition displays traditional cultural artefacts from various fields, such as religious folk art, furniture and traditional costumes. Half of the exhibition space is dedicated to new areas of the collection.

The Simbach am Inn Museum of Local History was established in 1912 as a district museum in the tower rooms of the town hall. In the meantime, it has found a new home in the former pensions and tax office, a listed building dating from 1834. The holdings there were restructured according to scientific principles by a support group in cooperation with the Landesstelle für Nichtstaatliche Museen. The museum was reopened in May 1987.
An Inn-Rott Valley traditional crib is shown as a permanent exhibition.
